Chapter 1 General Rules

All users can use the services provided by the company, and can receive more diverse services through membership registration.   • Fulfilment of stipulated obligations, prevention of misuse acts that may cause harm to users in violation of laws or terms of use, etc.

⑥ Grievance handling

  • Confirmation of the identity of the complainant, confirmation of complaints, communication and notification for fact-finding, notification of processing results

Chapter 4 Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information

The user's personal information is collected and used for a limited period of time, and is destroyed without delay when requesting withdrawal or withdrawing consent. However, information required to be stored by relevant laws and regulations is stored for the period specified by law.

Chapter 5 Provision and Entrustment of Personal Information

The company uses members' personal information to the extent specified in 'Purpose of collecting and using personal information', and does not provide personal information to the outside without the member's consent. Accordingly, the following information may be disclosed during the use of the service.

Article 1 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

While using the web service, the member's business card information and other information entered with the member's optional consent may be disclosed between linked members. Also, when a member shares a project with another party, some information such as name and company name may be disclosed to the shareholder to identify the sharer.

Article 2 (Outsourced provision of personal information)

In order to improve services, the company entrusts personal information as follows, and stipulates matters necessary for the safe management of personal information during an entrustment contract in accordance with relevant laws and regulations (when signing an entrustment contract, matters relating to liability such as prohibition of processing of personal information other than the purpose of execution of outsourced work, technical and administrative protection measures, restrictions on re-entrustment, management, supervision, and compensation for damages to the trustee, etc. are specified in documents such as contracts). Chapter 6 Viewing, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information and Misuse of Personal Information

Article 3 (Theft of Personal Information)

If the Company discovers a person who has signed up for membership or used a service by stealing an ID or other personal information such as another person's mobile phone number, email address, or affiliated organization, it will take necessary measures such as suspending the use of the service or canceling the membership for that ID without delay.

Chapter 7 Destruction of Personal Information

As a general rule, members' personal information is destroyed without delay when the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. The company's procedures and methods for destroying personal information are as follows.

Article 1 (Destruction Procedure)

Information entered by members to sign up for services etc. is moved to a separate DB or storage location after the purpose is achieved, stored for a certain period of time in accordance with internal policies and other information protection reasons based on relevant laws and regulations (see Personal Information Retention and Use Period), and then destroyed. The personal information stored separately above will not be used for purposes other than those specified.

Article 2 (Deadline of Destruction)

The user's personal information is destroyed within 5 days from the end date of the retention period if the personal information retention period has elapsed, and within 5 days from the date the processing of personal information is deemed unnecessary when the personal information becomes unnecessary, such as achieving the purpose of processing the personal information, abolition of the relevant service, or termination of the business.

Article 3 (Destruction Method)

Personal information printed on paper is crushed with a shredder or destroyed through incineration. Personal information stored in the form of an electronic file is deleted using a technical method that cannot reproduce the record.

Chapter 8 Matters relating to the installation, operation, and rejection of automatic personal information collection devices

Users are responsible for incidents caused by inaccurate information entered by members. Members are obligated to prevent unforeseen incidents by entering personal information accurately and up to date.

Chapter 10 Technical/administrative protection measures for personal information

The Company is making the following efforts to protect users' valuable personal information in accordance with Section 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 1 (Minimization and training of personal information processing staff)

Employees who handle personal information are limited to those in charge, and compliance with the company's privacy policy is always emphasized through frequent training for personnel.

Article 2 (Technical Measures Against Hacking, etc.)

The company is doing its best to prevent members' personal information from being leaked or damaged by hacking or computer viruses. Members' personal information or data is prevented from being leaked or damaged, and personal information can be transmitted safely over a network through encrypted communication, etc.

Article 3 (Encryption of personal information)

The user's personal information is stored and managed with an encrypted password, so only the individual knows it, and uses separate security functions such as encrypting files and transmission data or using a file lock function for important data.

Chapter 12 Revision and Notice of Privacy Policy
